Hi, I'm Kat – a certified life coach, Reiki practitioner, and just a sensitive girl

I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with anxiety.

For years, I went from doctor to doctor, therapist to therapist. And every time, I heard the same thing: “You need medication.”


But deep down, that didn’t feel right for me. I wanted to understand what was really happening inside me - not just cover it up.

It took me years of trial and error, but I finally learned how to heal myself holistically.

Now, I’m on a mission to share what I’ve learned - to help as many people as possible improve their mental health and especially heal their anxiety, because it's definitely possible for everyone, because anxiety is NOT a chronic illness!
