Hi, I'm so glad that you're here :)
Why am I coaching? In my early 20s, I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and constant overwhelm. I couldn’t sleep, my mind was always racing, and I felt completely lost.
I escaped through drinking and partying because I didn’t know how to deal with what was happening inside me.
I tried therapy, went to many doctors, but I didn’t want to start medication that they suggested it. I believed there had to be another way - I didn't give up and found a way.
My healing started with my body: simple somatic practices, nervous system regulation, learning to feel my emotions, changing my self talk and tiny daily habits that slowly brought back my sleep, energy, and calm.
Today, after learning from life coaches, shamans, kinesiologists and Reiki teachers, I’m anxiety-free, and I would love to share these simple, effective tools with as many people as I can.
I don’t believe you need a “new you" or completely change your life overnight.
But I do believe that you deserve to live a happy and fulfilled life, as life is too short to only survive it.
