Little bit about me

Hi, I’m Katerina - a certified holistic life coach and Reiki practitioner.

In my early 20s, I lived with anxiety, panic attacks, depression and constant overwhelm. I couldn’t sleep, my mind wouldn’t slow down, and I felt completely lost. I coped by drinking and running from reality because I didn’t know what else to do.

Therapy helped, but I didn’t want medication. I believed there had to be another way and there was.

Everything began to shift when I started working with my body: simple somatic tools, nervous-system regulation, gentle breathwork and small daily habits that slowly brought back my calm, my energy and myself.

Today, after learning from life coaches, shamans, kinesiologists and Reiki teachers, I’m anxiety-free and helping others do the same.

My approach is fun, practical and realistic - tiny steps that actually fit your real life.

I’ll guide you through everything!

What if I don’t have time for new habits?

These tools take only a few minutes.
When your nervous system feels calmer, everything in your day becomes easier -

What should I bring?

Just yourself.
A notebook if you like.
Wear something comfortable so you can relax.

What if I feel anxious or shy in groups?

You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.
You can share as much or as little as feels right.

What if I’m really burned out or tired?

You can come exactly as you are - with low energy, messy emotions, or a full mind.
